Reservation Policity
Your information is being submitted on a secure line, we
do not provide information to any 3rd party.
Rates are quoted in different currencies which are accordingly highlighted
at all times. Rates shown in Mexican Pesos will be charged in Mexican
Pesos, all other currencies will be converted to US dollars at the
exchange rate on the date of the transaction. Please note that the
amount which will be posted on your monthly billing statement can
differ up to three percent due to fluctuating international currency
exchange rates. We cannot be held responsible for fluctuating exchange
rates and by accepting these policies you acknowledge that you have
been advised of the exchange rate fluctuations and agree to our
processing the transaction in US dollars.
The corresponding reservation amount will immediately be charged
to your credit card once submitted and reservation status shows
confirmed. Please note that your billing statement will read “E-Travel
Reservation Center”. All reservations are subject to availability
at the time of reservation processing. Availability cannot be guaranteed
until full payment is received. For some reservations (accordingly
highlighted before entering your contact and credit card details)
we have to verify availability directly with the supplier’s
reservation department before confirming to you. We ask for a maximum
of 48 hours of such availability check and confirmat.
The rates displayed are valid only for the date of your quote. If
reserved, these rates will apply for your charge, if not they may
vary without prior notice. A reservation is considered complete
once you have a confirmation number and the according charge has
been applied. By reserving you confirm having accepted our reservation
and cancellation policies. Your verbal and/or written authorization
to use your credit card number for payment indicates your compliance
with our reservation and billing policies, whether or not you have
actually signed the appropriate draft. To avoid any inconveniences
you must print your reservation voucher and present it at the moment
of using the reserved service. If you want to change or cancel your
reservation please contact your assigned Travel Consultant (mentioned
at the moment of reserving) together with your reservation and/or
confirmation number. Cancellation requests have to be received in
writing. Any change is subject to availability and re-quoting of
rates; cancellations are subject to our cancellation policies.
If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we charge
the lower amount. If an item's correct price is higher than our
stated price, we will contact you for instructions or cancel your
order and notify you of such cancellation. In case of wrong information
had been provided We will do its best efforts to correct the information,
however, cannot be held responsible for indemnifications of inconveniences
caused by such mistake. In these cases you have the option to cancel
without any penalizations.
We makes arrangements with suppliers who provide travel services
such as but not limited to hotels, ground transportation, sightseeing
or other activities included in your tour. Although we try our best
to choose the most reputable suppliers, We cannot be held responsible
for their acts and omissions. The travel services are subject to
the conditions imposed by these suppliers, and their liability may,
in turn, be limited by their tariffs and conditions of service.
We acts only in the capacity of agent for the client or for the
supplier of the goods and services rendered and as such, mains no
control over the personnel, equipment, operations or goods of the
supplier.
We will not assume responsibility for any claims, costs or expenses
arising out of personal or third party injury, accidents or death,
loss or damage of personal property, loss of enjoyment, upset, disappointment,
distress or frustration, whenever physical or mental, resulting
from any of the following: (a) The act or omission of any party
other than Travel2Mexico or its employees; (b) Sickness, theft,
labor disputes, mechanical breakdown, quarantine, government actions,
weather, or any other cause beyond Travel2Mexico direct control;
(c) Your failure to obtain the documentation required for your trip
such as, but not limited to, passports, visas and certificates,
in which case you will also not be entitled to any refund; (d) Your
failure to follow instructions including but not limited to airport
departure times, check-in and check-out dates and times, voucher
redemption policies; (e) Cancellation or change for any reason in
the travel services offered. We reserve the right to cancel or change
the travel services at our discretion, but will try to substitute
comparable services. If we must completely cancel your reservation,
Travel2Mexico’s liability will be limited to a refund of all
monies paid to Travel2Mexico; (f) A full refund, however, will not
be honored in situations where travel must be cancelled, interrupted
and/or postponed by Travel2Mexico for reasons which are beyond its
control (force majeure situations, such as but not limited to weather,
hurricane, earthquakes, acts of terrorism, etc.) and where Travel2Mexico’s
contractual obligations with its suppliers does not allow it to
obtain reimbursement of the sum paid, or to be paid, to the supplier
on behalf of the customer. In any case, a 10% administrational fee
of the total amount of the reservation can be retained at the discretion
of Us.
We herewith states that (a) Photographs shown are representational
only and do not guarantee that everything will be exactly as depicted
upon arrival; (b) Hotel and service star ratings are based on We’s
interpretation and may differ from ratings reported elsewhere; (c)
travel service descriptions are updated at the best Us. knowledge
but do not guarantee that everything will be exactly as described
upon arrival; (d) We reserves the right to decline any client at
any time; (e) Written notice or any claim against Us must be received
no later than fourteen (14) days after your return from your trip.
Cancellation Policies:
Hotel Reservations:
At the moment of reserving, the applicable hotel’s specific
cancellation policy will be displayed. Following our “general”
hotel reservations policies, applicable to most of the hotels:
• Reservations cancelled 15 days or more prior to arrival
date are subject to a charge of 10% of the total amount of the reservation
• Reservations cancelled 14 to 3 days prior to arrival date
are subject to a 2 night charge.
• Reservations cancelled 2 to 0 days prior to arrival date,
"No shows" and early departures are 100% non-refundable.
Tours & Transportation
At the moment of reserving, the applicable tour’s and transportation’s
specific cancellation policy will be displayed. Following our “general”
tour and transportation reservations policies, applicable to most
of the tours and transportations:
• Reservations cancelled 3 days or more prior to the scheduled
service are subject to a charge of 10% of the total amount of the
reservation.
• Reservations cancelled 2 to 0 days prior to the scheduled
service or "No shows" are 100 % non-refundable.
