Terms and Conditions 

1.- All reservations are subject to availability existing at the moment of your request.

2.- No confirmation can be issued until full payment for the requested service has been made

3. - After you filled your reservation request on Line and of the acceptance of the formality of the Reservation Politics , Payment and Cancellation., Please make a printout of your reservation "Voucher" or Coupon and have it ready to give to your representative on your destination arrival.

4. Your purchase support is the voucher or coupon with the number generated by our system. At this moment you also will be able to print your Receipt.

5. - The status of your reservation will be sent to you by e-mail. All the answers that you receive are generated automatically by our System of Reservations “On Line“. Once your Reservation has been confirmed by the Hotel or Provider of Services and payment has been processed and approved, you will receive the notification by E-mail including our respective Number of Confirmation.

6.- Please consider that if the room category you selected to appear on the site available as "On Request" or "A Solicitud" you will allow us an additional period of 24 hours with the purpose to check the availability with the hotel. If the hotel confirms the room type requested, we will send you an email with the confirmation number and time limit for payment, or if there is no requested in the category you will be informed of other options.

7. - Regarding to the Special Request, Travel2mexico.com will provide your requirements to the hotel of your choice. Nevertheless the above mentioned requests are not guaranteed. We will depend on the hotel confirmation. This request may generate an additional charge.

8. – Will accept Requests that contain more than one room by Reservation and in this case, all the rooms will contain the same personal information of the Client and dates. If you want to do several Reservations and that each one is registered by different name of client or with different dates, please request a Reservation per room.

9. – Travel2mexico.com does not become responsible for Extra Passengers; therefore it does not guarantee the availability for Guests not included in the Reservation.

10 .- The holder of the booking must be a minimum of 18 and 21 years of age (varies according to the policy of the Hotel) to register at the hotel and must present valid identification with a photo to register, either at the hotel as well as for Transportation Services, Excursions and airline tickets.

11.- Airfares in this package are non-refundable and can't be transferred or endorsed. flight may be changed but not cancelled and any changes are subject to applicable airfare policies stated by the carrier.
